Policies for Manuscript Handling Charges

1. Manuscript Handling Charges:  INR 5000 will only be accepted after issuing formal acceptance letter.

2. No Fee will be charged at the time of Manuscript Submission.

3. Author is only entitled to deposited the MHC  after the article has crossed the peer review process.

4. Any MHC deposited before the formal acceptance letter will be kept by the journal waiting the results of review process. In case the manuscript is rejected by the journal 50% of MHC will be refunded to the author after deducting the applicable tax and deductions by the bank or payment processing agency.

5. as s per the decision taken by Board of Directors the MHC is waived for for first two years of launch [2023-2024] in order to attract good quality of articles.

6. There is a 50% waiver for the life members of the glafims association.

8. The decision for any waiver is subject to vision of the competent authority and financial status of the author.

9. Editorial Board is authorized to give waiver for author who they deemed to publish as high quality papers.

10. The Policies for Manuscript Handling Charges are subject to change without any general notice. Updated policies are available on the Journal Website.

3.      Institutional Subscriptions.

4.      Donations from donors who wish to promotion science and development.

5.      Government and Non-Government funding agencies including hospitals who wish to promotion science and development
